OUR PROCESS

Our IMFL manufacturing process is a meticulous journey, blending tradition with innovation to craft spirits that transcend expectations.

STEP 01

Blending & Retention

The blending procedure begins with the procurement of raw materials. Extra Neutral alcohol (ENA) is first blended with demineralized water in Stainless Steel (SS) storage tanks. After a retention period, the required malt spirit, grain spirit, flavours, extracts and sugar are added to the blend and again put to retention.

STEP 02

Maturation

The prepared blend after completing the retention period is then transferred to a maturation tank. The lead time for maturation of such blend depends on the product formula from one day to fifteen days. After required maturation all foreign material like dust or fibers shall be filtered (3M filters) and pure liquor blend shall be shifted to service tanks.

STEP 03

Bottling

The service tank is directly connected to the bottling line and is emptied every day. The empty bottles are washed in rinsing machines and are sent to mono block for filling and capping in auto line. The filled bottles undergo inspection at multiple points before being sent for labelling and packing.

STEP 04

Labelling & Packing

The filled bottles are sent for labelling wherein they undergo automatic coding and hologram is affixed on the bottles. They are then placed in CC boxes for packing. This is followed by scanning and barcoding after which the bottles are ready for dispatch.

STEP 05

Dispatch

The CC boxes are shifted to excise godown under the direct supervision of Excise Department staff posted at the unit. The boxes are then dispatched to APBCL depots after barcode scanning with excise permit.
